General contractor backed by 20+ years of local experience

Built on craftsmanship. Driven by detail. Precision Renovations SF was founded by Zachary Lucio, a general contractor with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, renovations, and custom construction. From the beginning, Zach believed that quality work starts with doing the little things right showing up when you say you will, communicating clearly, paying attention to the details, and treating every home with the same care and respect you would give your own.

What began as a focused remodeling company has grown into a full-service general contracting business serving homeowners throughout South Florida. Our growth has been built largely through relationships, with many of our projects come from repeat clients and referrals from homeowners who trusted us with one project and returned to us for the next. Over the years, that word-of-mouth reputation has helped us grow throughout Lake Worth Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and surrounding communities.

A successful renovation involves much more than the work happening inside the home. From the initial consultation through completion, we manage the details that keep a renovation moving. From permits and scheduling to materials, subcontractors, and inspections and day-to-day communication. Our goal is to make the process organized, transparent, and as stress-free as possible for our clients.

Our experience covers the full range of residential remodeling. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, flooring, painting, cabinetry and millwork, windows and doors, structural work, and additions and expansions.

As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in treating every home with care and every project with the attention to detail we´d expect in our own. We serve homeowners throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties, including Lake Worth Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and surrounding communities.

Our goal is simple: deliver quality craftsmanship, communicate throughout the process, and build homes and relationships that last.

If you're planning a renovation or considering making changes to your home, we'd love to hear what you have in mind. We'll take the time to understand your goals, walk through the project with you, and help determine the best way to move forward.
